Shipping policy

 

What you can expect:

We ship out from our facility in Mechanicsburg, Ohio.

We roast to order, to guarantee the freshest coffee possible for our customers. 

Coffee orders ship out within 1-2 business days via standard shipping. The 1-2 day window will begin the next day for orders placed after 10am ET. 

Orders with EXPEDITED SHIPPING will have their orders shipped out the SAME DAY (Expedited orders placed after 10am ET will ship next day)  

 

We use UPS and USPS for shipping.  Please provide street address and PO box when filling in ship to information.

Shipping charges are applied on a per address basis.  If you are shipping to multiple addresses the shipping is charged according to each address order total.  

Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination
