Apparel & Accessories Apparel and accessories may be returned in new, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. If your items arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will replace them at no cost to you.

Coffee All coffee sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on coffee purchases. However, we stand behind our product and want every customer to be satisfied. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly — we're happy to work with you.

• Wrong item received: Contact us and we'll make it right immediately at no cost to you.
• You don't like the coffee: Unopened bags may be returned at your expense in exchange for a replacement of equal value. Please include a note with your name, order number, mailing address, and your preferred replacement coffee.
• Received as a gift: Unopened coffee may be returned at the recipient's expense for a replacement of equal value. Include a note with your name, mailing address, and desired replacement.
• Damaged during shipping: Contact us and we will replace your item.
